Every Mother's Journey
is Different

Breastfeeding can be beautiful — but it can also be challenging, unpredictable, or not an option. That’s why we’re proud to introduce initiatives that support every feeding journey — offering trusted guidance, expert support, and smart tools for breastfeeding, formula feeding, and everything in between.

Breastfeeding Guidance and Care

Created by medical doctor and certified lactation consultant Dr. Lope Adejuyigbe, The BestFeeding Club is Nigeria’s first clinic focused solely on breastfeeding. More than a medical service, it’s a safe space where mothers receive expert care and emotional support, while being empowered to overcome challenges and make informed choices that work for them and their babies.

Lactation Supplies and Support

Founded by board-certified lactation consultant Titilayo Medunoye, Milky Express is Nigeria’s first dedicated lactation company — created to empower women with the knowledge, supplies, and care they need to breastfeed on their own terms. Since 2018, it has supported thousands of mothers through private consultations, hospital-run clinics, and community outreach.

Turn Extra Milk Into Lifesaving Care

While you earn interest for every day you breastfeed, you can also donate extra milk to a milk bank. Nigeria has a critical shortage, leaving many vulnerable infants without the safest nourishment. Donors must be healthy and take a simple blood test—but every drop can make a difference. If you’re a mother who can’t breastfeed, you can reach out to milk banks that may offer access to donor milk.

Making Workplaces Mother-Friendly

In Nigeria, the lack of workplace breastfeeding policies forces many mothers to choose between career and care. Alive & Thrive, a global nutrition initiative, developed a guide to help workplaces support breastfeeding. Created with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) Network of Entrepreneurial Women and other local partners, the guide can be shared with employers.
